About Me

Murielle is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner trained at College of Naturopathic Nutrition. With years of personal experience using various holistic modalities, she combines the best of science and holistic nutrition with the ancient wisdom of herbs and mindfulness. Murielle’s approach is centered around truly listening and assessing individuals uniquely, using her intuition and functional knowledge to facilitate clients’ health journeys. Her goal is to identify, understand, and address the root causes of issues, providing comprehensive support rather than just offering temporary relief.

Holistic Approach

I believe in a holistic approach that considers the whole body. We’re not just physical beings; we’re emotional, spiritual, and mental beings as well. Our systems are interconnected, and the mind, body, spirit, and soul operate in synergy. To achieve true well-being, we must address all these aspects collectively, recognizing their interdependence and treating them accordingly. This integrated approach is essential for promoting lasting health and harmony within ourselves.

Rather than addressing a single area of concern and recognizing that every person is unique with different needs, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, Murielle considers overall lifestyle, emotions, health history, past traumas, genetics, and habits to help clients achieve optimum health in a way that suits them individually.

Murielle’s personal experiences with various ailments have given her a deep understanding of the body and a purpose in life. Her mission is to share the information she needed during her struggles and to offer plant remedies and nutritional support to a diverse audience. She aims to bring balance to the conversation about health, recognizing the value of both herbs & nutrients and modern interventions.

Having experienced the challenges of a stressful lifestyle herself, she empathizes with the demands of a busy schedule and can assist you in navigating daily obstacles. Her goal is to create a customized plan that works best for you and your family, taking into consideration your specific circumstances. With this approach, Murielle has successfully guided clients in improving skin issues like psoriasis, eczema, and acne. She also helps individuals with digestive issues such as gut infections. Additionally, Murielle supports clients dealing with imbalances and stress-related challenges, focusing on enhancing their overall well-being through holistic practices.

Murielle's Personal Health Journey

Growing up, as a teenager, I struggled with chronic health issues including pneumonia, severe stomach pain, and persistent psoriasis requiring intense UV treatments and medications. By 18, an appendectomy left me with ongoing digestive problems and worsening skin conditions. Despite medical advice minimizing the role of diet and lifestyle, I felt there had to be other alternative paths to healing.

Entering the corporate world after law school made my skin issues worse, which revealed the connection between my physical symptoms and emotional well-being. Burnout and my sister’s passing intensified my symptoms, developping new ones like anxiety, recurring headaches, leaky gut, hormonal imbalances, and hypersensitivities. This pushed me to find alternative solutions. My body was talking to me, and when I listened, that’s when things started to change. I decided to see a naturopath which changed my life completely. It wasn’t so much that she had all the answers but that she made me see things differently, holistically. This experience sparked an interest in me that was undeniable. It started my passion for holistic health and natural medicine.

Although I was still working in a corporate environment at the time, I never lost sight of this newfound love for herbs and natural medicine. Over the next decade, I spent every spare moment reading books, articles, and watching videos about natural healing methods. Everything started to make sense. This led me to complete a three-year nutritional therapy program at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the U.K. I continue learning everyday from both real-world experience and from other practitioners who have been on this road long before me.

I’ve dedicated myself to learning about the underlying causes of physical, mental and emotional imbalances and the many natural ways that we can integrate in our daily lives to bring it back to balance. My life’s work and mission is to draw for my personal journey and naturopathic training to create individualised programs unique to your lifestyle. My focus areas include skin issues, hormonal imbalances, gut health, and autoimmune conditions, aiming to support you in achieving optimal health.

I’m here to share the knowledge gathered from practitioners, ancient wisdom and resources to help you achieve long-lasting health improvements without needing to resort to invasive means. I am here to support you on your wellness journey, using my experience to save you time, effort, and unnecessary money spent on the wrong supplements. Ultimately, healing starts from within, and I am here to guide you as you reconnect with your body’s innate healing abilities.

With my support and experience, I hope to help you make meaningful progress towards better health!

I aim to educate and inform. Because information is power. Knowing the underlying root of your symptoms, what you are feeling and why they happened in the first place -> this is what we call root cause medicine. Understanding the mechanics of why certain habits are important is key. Because, changing habits is not easy. Consistency is hard. But knowing why one habit can make you sick and another can make you healthy is the key.
